Refund & Exchange
We regret to inform you that our brand strictly does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund policy. Changes in order for instance: size change or color change can be made within 48 hours from the day the order is placed.
Incase of a faulty item provided to you from the brand's end, you will be able to exchange it with the same article only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In order to return the package, our team will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Iqra F. Chaudhry has a right to reject a return request found misusing of our generous return policy or a product received with missing tags and other components.
Size Disclaimer
While we are committed to delivering precise sizing information and ensuring the quality of our products, we must inform you that variations of up to 1-2 inches may occur. We cannot be held responsible for the margin upto 1-2 inches. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues resulting from inaccurate sizing choices. While we endeavor to accommodate such requests, please be advised that delays may still occur due to the aforementioned situations. Additionally, it is important to note that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and not the brand. Any charges incurred during customs clearance must be settled by the customer. In the unfortunate event of damage during transit, please notify us immediately. We will assist you in filing a complaint with the shipping carrier, as the brand will not be held responsible for the fault of the carrier.
