Return & Exchange Policy
At Iqra F Chaudhry, each outfit is meticulously handcrafted and made-to-order to ensure individuality, precision, and exclusivity. Because every garment is created upon request, all sales are considered final. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
Refund Policy
We regret to inform you that Iqra F Chaudhry does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Each piece is custom-made or produced in limited quantities, and once an order enters the production process, it cannot be refunded or cancelled.
All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund policy.
Order Changes (Size or Colour)
If you wish to make a change to your order, such as size or colour, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order will move into production and no changes can be accommodated.
Exchanges for Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality very seriously and each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide proof/photos of the issue.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- A return or exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery date.
Once your request is approved, our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Pakistan, while Iqra F Chaudhry will cover the return shipping from Pakistan back to the customer. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important: Iqra F Chaudhry reserves the right to reject an exchange or return request if the product is found worn, altered, missing components, or if the policy is misused in any way.
Alteration Requests
All our garments are made in accordance with our official Size Guide as selected by the customer at the time of purchase. If you wish to request an alteration despite receiving the correct size, we offer paid alteration services depending on the complexity of the request.
Please note: The shipping charges for sending the outfit to Pakistan and returning it to the customer will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges
- For faulty or incorrect items, Iqra F Chaudhry will bear the shipping cost from Pakistan back to the customer.
- The initial shipping cost from the customer’s destination to Pakistan will be borne by the customer.
- For alteration or adjustment services, both forward and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility During Return Shipping
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Iqra F Chaudhry will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.
Policy Misuse & Right to Refuse
Iqra F Chaudhry reserves the right to decline exchange or return requests that do not comply with the terms stated above, including cases where the policy appears to be misused.
