Shipping Policy
Iqra F Chaudhry operates as a made-to-order fashion brand. Each piece is crafted or finished once an order is placed to ensure quality, fit, and limited production. Because our products are made on demand, please review our production and shipping timelines carefully before ordering.
Production Time
All orders go through a production stage before shipping. Production times are separate from transit times.
- Modest: 4 - 6 weeks
- Essential: 4 - 6 weeks
- Semi Formal: 4 - 6 weeks
- Formal: 6 - 8 weeks
- Bridal: 10 - 20 weeks
Production time begins the business day after payment clears. During peak seasons (holiday periods, launches) production may take longer; we will notify you if your order will be delayed.
Shipping Destinations & Methods
We ship worldwide.
- Local Shipping (TCS, Leopard courier, etc.)
- International Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet, etc.)
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments when available.
Shipping Time Estimates
- Local: 1–3 business days (standard)
- International: 7–10 business days
You will receive an update with tracking information when your order ships. Please use the tracking link to check estimated arrival and customs updates.
Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and weight.
Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. These charges vary by country and are imposed by local authorities and/or transporters. We recommend checking your local customs regime before ordering. Iqra F Chaudhry is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges collected by customs or carriers.
Cancellations, Changes & Order Modifications
Because each item is made to order, changes and cancellations are limited:
- Cancellation window: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellation will not be possible.
- Size / style changes: Allowed only before production begins. Contact us immediately at +92-310-2424247 with your order number.
If we accept a cancellation after production has started, a restocking and production fee may apply.
Partial Shipments
If an order contains multiple items with different production times, we may ship items separately as they become available. You will see separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Returns
Defects & damages: We will accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with manufacturing faults. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Pakistan, while Iqra F Chaudhry will cover the return shipping from Pakistan back to the customer.
Alteration
All our outfits are made-to-order and crafted according to the size selected by the customer from our official Size Guide at the time of purchase. Once an order is delivered, if the customer wishes to request any alterations or adjustments despite the outfit being made as per the chosen size, we are happy to assist with minor modifications where possible.
However, such alterations are considered chargeable services, as the original garment was produced correctly according to the provided measurements. The shipping costs for sending the outfit to Pakistan and returning it back to the customer will be borne by the customer.
Customs Delays & Import Restrictions
International orders may be delayed due to customs inspections. Some countries restrict certain textiles, trims, or shipment values, and customers are responsible for checking their local import rules prior to purchase. We will not be responsible for packages seized or held by customs.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During major holidays, sales, and launch periods, production and shipping times can be extended. We will notify customers of any changes to expected ship dates.
